SERVICES PROVIDED

  • Shirt Laundry & Pressing – Professional cleaning and pressing for dress shirts.

  • Wedding Gown Preservation – Specialized cleaning and packaging for long-term preservation.

  • Leather & Suede Cleaning – Careful cleaning and conditioning to maintain quality.

ELIGIBILITY

USE OF SERVICES

SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS

  • You may cancel or modify your order before the cleaning process begins.

  • If you cancel after processing has started, you may still be charged the full service fee.

  • Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

GARMENT CARE AND LIABILITY

We take great care when handling your garments, but we are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including weak fabric, loose buttons, or previous stains.

  • Items left in pockets that may cause damage to garments (e.g., pens, keys, coins).

  • Normal wear and tear associated with cleaning and pressing.

If you believe your items have been lost or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving them. We will assess the issue and, if deemed necessary, offer reimbursement up to the value of the service provided.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Express Super Cleaners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Brazoria County, Texas.
